Kupaza Ramadhan Juma is a project professional with over 42 years’ experience in environment assessment, training and education, business research methods and project management. He maintains an active advisory role in many organizations, with extensive experience in working in both management and leadership from the various government, NGO and private sector. 

He has served as Board of Director at Honey Guide Foundation, Mukuru Eco-tented camps, Island of peace, Market place Literacy project and Oikos East Africa.

As a board member for TUFOI, he brings an extensive experience in the environmental field from over 30years of working in various organisations. He workedat Tanzania College of Wild life Management   (1979-1982), Tanzania Malihai Clubs (1983-1987), Botswana Wildlife Training Instituteas a trainer at the Botswana Wildlife Training Institute(1990 – 1998), Oikos East Africa (2008-2011)

Among his career achievements, Mr.Kupaza is proud of his outstanding contributions in the following projects. 

  • The rapid Environmental Assessment for a water supply project to Longido starting from Arusha and National Park implemented by Arusha Technical college.
  • Preparation of a Coordinated Monitoring and Evaluation Systems for Marine National Parks and Reserves in Tanzania.

Institutional relations: Government, Civil Society and Private Sector Partnership when implementing a Renewable Energy Project (BEST RAY) funded by EU implemented by oikos East Africa.
