Nyantito Machota is an experienced Management and Organization Development Professional with over 20 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Financial Management, Grants Management, Strategy, Change Management, Human Centred Innovations, Resource Mobilization, Leadership, Governance, Accountability, Designing and delivering Organizational Learning and Capacity Building interventions. 

Nyantito has overseen financial and grants management function of different funding mechanisms in Tanzania. He provided leadership in grant making circle ranging from solicitation, pre-award assessment, contracting, financial management, and monitoring and evaluation. He developed and supervised implementation of different financial and grants management tools, internal control systems, and risk management frameworks which ensured donor entrusted resources are well managed. As part of risk management, he carried out spot checks and value for money assessments. His analytical skills and pro-activeness in risk management assured compliances to grants policies and guidelines.

As an Organization Development practitioner, Nyantito has helped several organizations in solving complex business and organizational problems with the right solutions and methodologies. He has delivered a wide range of developmental trainings and interventions to different institutions in East Africa. These include but not limited to; capacity assessments, strategic planning, leadership development, governance strengthening, facilitation skills, team building, resource mobilization, financial management, talent management, risk management, innovation, sustainability, maturity and institutional reviews, reviews of accounting and financial manuals.

His experience is backed up with a strong educational background in Accounting, Organizational Development, and Community Economic Development. Nyantito received his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from University of Dar es Salaam, and his Master of Science in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University.
