A dedicated program management professional with over 7 years of experience in development practice, specializing in overseeing program implementation, as well as designing and conducting monitoring, evaluation, and research activities. Her extensive work spans the public health, humanitarian response, and natural resource management sectors, with a focus on HIV/AIDS, malaria, child health, child protection programs, and women’s empowerment. Her experience predominantly involves projects funded by international donors, particularly USAID and the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (BPRM).

Her career began in 2017 when she joined Deloitte Consulting Limited as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer under the USAID Boresha Afya Program in Mtwara Region. In 2021, she transitioned to Medical Teams International in Kasulu, Kigoma, where she served as a Monitoring, Evaluation , Learning and Accountability Officer, working on a project aimed at improving resilience in refugee camps and host communities. She currently serves as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist at Research Triangle Institute (RTI) in Dar es Salaam under the USAID Tuhifadhi Maliasili Project. 

She holds a master’s degree in project planning and management and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Dar es Salaam. She leverages her robust understanding of strategic planning, project management, and sociological analysis to support evidence-based decision-making for improving the delivery of health, livelihood, social protection development interventions and services in Tanzania and beyond.

Her passion for social work, particularly in advocating for social protection, has driven her to become an active change agent within her community. Since 2021, she has supported programs aimed at helping orphans and vulnerable groups gain access to education, food security, and health services through Tupendane Foundation and Initiatives (TUFOI). 

Her vision is to foster healthy, economically stable communities where children have access to quality education and improved livelihoods.
