1. Our Commitment

Tupendane Foundation and Initiatives (TUFOI) values feedback from its members, beneficiaries, partners, volunteers and other stakeholders.

We recognize that constructive feedback and complaints can help the organization identify concerns and improve the way it carries out its work.

TUFOI is committed to considering complaints respectfully and addressing organizational concerns through the governance structures established in its Constitution.

2. Right to Be Heard

The TUFOI Constitution recognizes members' right to be heard and their right to attend General Meetings and participate in organizational activities.

TUFOI encourages concerns to be raised responsibly so that they can be considered by the appropriate organizational leadership.

3. How Organizational Complaints Are Handled

Where a complaint concerns an internal organizational conflict, the TUFOI Constitution establishes the following process:

First: The matter is considered by the Board of Directors, which is responsible for settling conflicts within the organization.

Second: If the Board is unable to resolve the dispute, the matter is referred to the General Meeting.

The General Meeting is the supreme organ of TUFOI and decisions are made by majority vote of members attending the meeting.

4. Complaints Concerning Members

The General Meeting has authority to discuss matters concerning the admission, discipline and expulsion of members.

The Constitution also provides that membership may cease through expulsion for misbehavior or failure to adhere to organizational resolutions and the Constitution.

5. Safeguarding Concerns

Concerns involving the safety, protection or wellbeing of children or vulnerable people should be treated seriously and brought to the attention of TUFOI leadership.

TUFOI's mission specifically includes advocating for homeless children, orphans and vulnerable or abused children and promoting awareness of the rights of children and women.

6. Respectful Communication

When submitting feedback or a complaint, we encourage individuals to provide clear and truthful information and to communicate respectfully.

TUFOI will consider concerns in accordance with its Constitution, organizational rules and applicable requirements.
