Ibrahim Aloyce Mlay is a certificate holder in Tour operations and Retail travel operation from Key field Tourism College.
He has worked with various organizations such as cultural Tourism enterprises and Cross culture stays in Tanzania. He is responsible in coordinating children programs living under vulnerable conditions and connecting them to individuals, families, NGOs and Companies who are willing and compassionate on helping children to reach their dreams.
Currently he is working with Tupendane Foundation in helping poor young individuals in rural and urban areas to find opportunities in acquiring education and better living conditions. Most young people are creative and have a variety of talent but they lack goods guidance that can enhance their talents.
He believes in team work and global interconnectedness to ensure a well-educated and learning society.
