In Usa River, Arusha, Tanzania, a remarkable story of change is being written. For years, Bethlehem Star Pre & Primary School struggled with water scarcity. Children carried jerry cans instead of books. Hygiene was compromised, meals were limited, and the school garden lay dry and barren.

But in 2025, everything changed.

Thanks to Tupendane Foundation’s initiative, supported generously by Akina e.V (Germany), a life-changing water project was launched — turning scarcity into abundance and hope into reality.
